Siezure Decision
November 12, 2009
The Judge has allowed PRI animals to remain at the shelter as the defendants attorney agrees to let IDOA have continued access to the shelter.
Operation Mia was born when Mia was rushed to emergency by a volunteer and had to be euthanized. She was so weak she couldn't hold her head up with her tiny little emaciated body. A necropsy determined long term neglect. She is one of many that has suffered way too long. Please help us close Pet Rescue in Bloomingdale, IL http://closepetrescueinc.blogspot.com/ veiw and sign our petition @ http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/closepetrescueinc EMAIL US @ closepetrescue@aol.com

Please report the name of the Judge who made this literally "deathly" decision as more animals will die because of it. We need to work to make sure that Judge is not re-elected to anything where he or she has power over the lives of any living thing.
IDOA has done NOTHING for 30 years about Pet Rescue so their checking in is worth nothing. Who knows what Dale gave them over the years to keep this neglect going.
The department of agriculture is a joke. Why are we holding the animals hostage? Good grief folks, let the animals out!
