Operation Mia was born when Mia was rushed to emergency by a volunteer and had to be euthanized. She was so weak she couldn't hold her head up with her tiny little emaciated body. A necropsy determined long term neglect. She is one of many that has suffered way too long. I am so glad you were at the courthouse today. I had not heard of the Bloomingdale facility problems until talking to one of your reps. I will sign the petition. Thank you.

Hi, Pet Rescue was the first shelter I knew of in this area a long time ago. It was a good place back then. They had events, like a plant sale, rummage sale & other things on their property. Now if I go there it is really sad to see all the animals just wasting away. I have offered to help them with a web site & I offered to pay for a new sign, which they have now, 3 yrs later. I am sorry to see them go so wrong. I will be glad to sigh your petition & whatever else I can do. Thanks for caring for these poor animals, pets.

I was very happy to see you taking action. This needs to be stopped.
Also, King Neptunes Pet World in Shorewood, IL is a pet store that not only gets their animals from puppy mills, but they treat them with extreme disrespect.
I would know..I used to work there.
